Philip is a fully licensed Property Manager who approaches his work with attention to detail and a desire to ensure that all aspects of his clients’ properties are well-taken care of. He brings maturity and business acumen from his 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. His belief in the abundant opportunities that Calgary presents led him leave Ontario, relocate his family and launch TrueLink Property Care, a company committed to serving the needs of out-of-province investors.
Being a real estate investor himself, his journey to property management came through managing his own properties and identifying areas for bridging service gaps. He found it difficult to find a property manager who prioritized the success of his rentals and who maintained consistent communication. He believes that the best outcomes are achieved through effective communication with homeowners and tenants. He is eager to understand your goals and is dedicated to helping you develop a plan for your investment property and to achieve your desired outcomes.
